Leonardo Moreira

"I build businesses and invest in startups. Content for those who want money to work for them — not work for their money."

President of Abrafinco — the association that helped regulate equity crowdfunding in Brazil. Real access to startup deals starting at R$1k.

THE JOURNEY

Where I came from. Where I failed. What I built.

Age 14

The early start

I started entrepreneurship before I even understood what it meant. It wasn't strategy. It was necessity — and a curiosity that never left me alone. I learned that selling is not a talent. It's a skill. And that technology is the greatest leverage for those who know how to use it.

The fall

I failed. I owned it. I moved on.

I had businesses that didn't work. Wrong decisions, mistakes owned. I lost money. I lost time. I lost the security I thought I had built. It was the best thing that could have happened to me. I learned more in that period than in any course or book. Failure doesn't define you — the speed at which you get back up does.

Business Hub

800 entrepreneurs. One room.

I owned a business hub where I directly mentored over 800 entrepreneurs. That is where I understood the pattern: most business owners are trapped inside their own business. They work a lot. They accumulate little. And they don't know why. This pattern has stayed with me — and it guides everything I build.

2015

I helped open a market

I became president of Abrafinco — the Brazilian Association for Collective Investment and Financing. I actively participated in the regulatory process for equity crowdfunding in Brazil. I helped build the rules of a market that today allows anyone to invest in startups with R$1k. Most real opportunities look like this: nobody wants to do the boring work. I did.

Startups

Built. Sold. Learned.

I founded startups. Some worked. Some didn't. I sold the ones worth selling. Each one taught me something different about product, market, team and timing. No MBA teaches what a startup on the brink of failure teaches.

Today

Brazil, Latam and USA. One channel.

I build and operate companies in Brazil, Latam and USA. I have deep knowledge in business internationalization, tax and fiscal optimization. And I use this channel to bring all of that to the entrepreneur who has not yet had access to this world. I did not exit operations. I built in parallel. That is the difference.

WHAT I DO TODAY

I BUILD

I build and operate companies in Brazil, Latam and USA. Management, technology, payments, benefits. Each company is an execution laboratory.

I INVEST

I curate equity crowdfunding deals via Aceleradora Campeão + personal analysis. Two filters. Most rejected. Skin in the game.
